Refund policy

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, at checkout you agree to delivery beginning at once and — as permitted by EU consumer law (and Art. 38 pt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) — the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends when delivery starts.

That's the legal position; in practice we stand behind the products:

• Faulty or not as described? If a product doesn't materially work as advertised and we can't fix it promptly, you get a full refund — within 14 days of purchase, no argument.
• Bought the wrong thing? Duplicate purchases and obvious mistakes (e.g. buying a single template minutes before the bundle) are refunded or credited — just write to us.

To request a refund, email hello@stratusdataanalysis.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

The seller

Products on this site are sold by Stratus Data Analysis Aleksandra Perz, a business registered in Poland (NIP 7773109323) — "we" below. Buying a product forms a contract between you and us, governed by Polish law; EU consumers keep every protection of their home country's law.

Licenses

• The personal license lets you use a purchased template for one website belonging to you or your business.
• The developer license lets you use it for any number of websites, including websites you build for clients.
• Neither license permits reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the files themselves (also as part of a theme marketplace or template collection).

The products

Products are provided as-is, downloaded from your purchase library. We keep templates working in current mainstream browsers and fix reported defects. We may update, add, or retire products, which never removes anything you already own from your library.

Fair use of the service

Purchase access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Don't share library access; it may be suspended for abuse (your paid downloads stay available to you).

Privacy policy

Data controller: Stratus Data Analysis Aleksandra Perz, NIP 7773109323, Poland — hello@stratusdataanalysis.com.

• What we collect: the email address you buy with, your purchase history, and sign-in tokens.
• Payments: handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd as an independent processor; your card details go to Stripe, never to us. See Stripe's privacy policy for their processing.
• Why we process it: to deliver purchases, provide the purchase library, meet tax/accounting obligations, and answer support email (legal bases: contract performance and legal obligation, GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• No tracking: this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The store uses one strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in.
• Retention: purchase records are kept as long as required by Polish accounting law; sign-in tokens expire within minutes.
• Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and complaint to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Email us to exercise any of them.
